It is heavy with photos, album covers and designs that capture the brash attitude of the company. I had never done a headshot before in my life, so of course arriving to the studio I didn't know what to expect. After about 3 minutes I felt as a model in front of the camera. Michael makes you feel like you are doing a great job, therefore giving you the confidence to continue doing well. His photographs are clear and can make anyone look like a true professional. He helps you with different poses, outfits and looks. I have never had so much fun in front of the camera before!

Michael was better then Fantastico! I had him do a model shot for my 16 year old daughter, and I was quiet frankly amazed at the professionalism and talent of his support staff as well. His stylist and make up expert (Tyron) are a must. My father was in the business for thirty years and i know true talent when see it. Michael is awesome! He is a very down to earth guy, ready to be both fun and professional in a shoot. My pictures came out wonderfully, I think (I hope) I look beautiful and relaxed. His studio setup is great and finally, his makeup artist was amazing as well! The whole experience was great!

Hello, I've had my pictures taken by many good photographers in my career over the years but I never been more satisfied than with Michael Benabib, he is very easy going and makes you feel so comfortable that it was easy relax and take many good pictures and allow my personality to come through the pictures, also there was no sense of rush and I was able to make a few outfit changes giving me many choices of good looking pictures, I highly recommend Michel Benabib.
If you are looking for Headshots in NYC, Michael Benabib is your man! I'm really new to this whole thing and was a little nervous. Michael made me feel at ease and really walked me through headshot process. He explained why he was doing what he was, gave me some tips, and made me feel really comfortable. I have my headshots updated yearly -- I'm a very busy commercial actress - and it's so important to have a great current headshot! Michael's studio is relaxing and inviting. His makeup artists and stylists are by far the best I've experienced in the business. Michael is extremely generous in the number of pictures he takes, while most places limit you to a certain number. He is never satisfied unless his client is satisfied. The best part of the experience is that you will look at the photos during the shoot -- great for people who haven't had a lot of time in front of the camera, and great for anyone because you'll always leave with what you want, and you get all the pictures too - nice! Wonderful experience. Highly recommended Headshot Photographer. I was looking for NEW YORK Headshot Photographers for over a month. I met with a total of 8 different photographers. The moment I walked into Michaels studio he made me feel at home. He spent time getting to know me and asked about the roles I was after. He asked me about my past headshots. He seemed to really care, So I booked a session. When it came to the day of my shoot there was a wonderful makeup artist named lanier who did very natural beautiful make up. The session went very well. We took time after each clothing change to look at the shots we had just shot. This way of shooting helped me alot. The only problem was that there were so many good shots it was hard to choose. I am taking the time to write this because I would like to thank Michael.

I was referred to Michael by a friend who had tried him before. She loved her photos and raved about how fun the photo shoot was. My experience was very similar, he was very professional, the studio is really nice, and he was very enthusiastic about taking my pictures. He gave me feedback during the shoot, showing me the pictures so that I could adjust my hair, posture, make-up etc. He even let his dog out so I could play with him! Just an awesome experience all around!
